The
Ironhorse Caddybag
is a golf bag that splits into two halves
carried on either side of your motorcycle outside the saddlebags.
When you reach your destination, the Caddybag detaches from
the
bike for reassembly into a golf bag for use with a pull or
power cart.
Road-tested
over 15,000 miles
in both sunny and inclement weather,
the Caddybag's streamlined design
has no adverse effect on bike
handling or operation.

THE
STORY BEHIND THE IRONHORSE CADDYBAG:
Caddybag
inventors Steven King and Glen Taylor are
avid golfers and motorcycle enthusiasts. Years ago, Steve
wondered how he might transport his golf clubs on his Harley.
Inspired by how the cowboys of days-gone-by carried their
rifles on their horses, he drew the schematics for the Ironhorse
Caddybag and approached local car and truck component
specialists about constructing a prototype. Meeting with
opposition, Steve continued to think about his idea for
a couple of years until he realized the perfect person to
build the Caddybag was within his sphere of friends. He
saw Glen creating all sorts of additions for cars, trailers,
snowmobiles, and various other custom fabrications, so he
showed Glen the schematics and asked him to become an equal
partner in the Ironhorse Caddybag's design and manufacture.
Since then, Glen has fabricated and invented additional
components, adding to the effectiveness and appeal of the
product.
In
our design process, we felt it important to develop
a product which looks good, has no effect on bike-handling,
does not restrict passenger riding, and allows for the use
of saddlebags...AND WE HAVE IT!
